More than 200 central and local government decision-makers from a range of departments have taken part in a study conducted by Dods Research, commissioned by SAP Concur. The study was set out to understand how government priorities have changed in the context of work and travel post-Covid-19 pandemic whilst also exploring the themes of expense management and sustainability.

This white paper summarises the key findings from this research, a sequel to The Future of Work launched in April 2021, unveiling the key trends and changes in government home and office working over the last 12 months.
