The full shortlist for the 10th annual Civil Service Awards has been unveiled.

The awards – which cover a range of categories including best analysis and use of evidence; building capability and skills, and a new award for jargon-free communication – will be handed out at a ceremony in Buckingham Palace on November 12.

Among those judging this year's accolades are permanent secretaries including the Department of Health's Una O'Brien, International Development's Mark Lowcock, and Education's Chris Wormald. Cabinet secretary Jeremy Heywood has tweeted his congratulations to those officials who made it onto the shortlist.
