BAME into Leadership conferences are key events for everyone interested in enhancing the capabilities and leadership opportunities for Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic colleagues across the civil service and wider public sector. The conference series has been running for 11 years, delivering events at regional locations across the UK.
Organised by Dods Diversity & Inclusion, in partnership with trade union FDA, each event welcomes inspirational speakers to examine how Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic individuals, at any grade, can continue to overcome barriers, build networks and become the leaders they aspire to be.
Drawing on the strengths of the 2021 events, this year's online conference will centre on driving professional development and change. It will offer hands-on advice, practical steps and coaching on how to adapt to new environments, expand networks, utilise opportunities effectively and further your career in times of change.
Don't miss out on the opportunity to learn valuable strategies on how to manage the challenges of modern leadership and help ensure the civil service doesn't lose momentum in recruiting, retaining and rewarding Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic leaders.
If you’re unable to join us on this occasion, we will also be hosting the following events in 2022:
