Civil Service Live is a series of learning events delivered through a partnership between Cabinet Office and Dods. These interactive and practical events will bring together civil service managers working in government departments and agencies, and private sector organisations to collaborate, share ideas and develop methods to make best practice the norm. 2014 is a critical year for the Civil Service Reform Plan and so this year’s event will focus on the central tenets to achieving a more skilled, digital and unified civil service: a modern civil service, a more skilled civil service, smarter working and being an inspiring team leader.
