How can the civil service employ modern working practices to support greater productivity?

Public sector resources are at their lowest level for decades, yet the demands on our public services are greater than ever. This discussion will consider how the ‘work place’ no longer refers just to four walls and a desk where staff work from 9-5 five days a week. It encompasses the technology, culture and policies that enable staff to work flexibly, and smartly, in a way that suits them and improves outcomes.
