People Survey launched

The annual Civil Service People Survey has been launched. However, the PCS trade union has called on its members to boycott it.

“Our experience over the last few years is that the results have been misrepresented by management and used to justify policies that don’t address the real issues,” PCS said.

The Cabinet Office responded: “We are disappointed that PCS want to discourage civil servants from engaging with their employers. The people survey is an important way to identify what civil servants want to improve. Each year results are published in full for all departments.”
