Despite efforts and progress in recent years, Black, Asian & Ethnic Minority staff are still not represented and progressing within the Civil Service in sufficient numbers. Awareness is increasing, however, around the importance of structural and cultural change in ensuring that racial inequality is properly addressed.

There are numerous steps you must be taking to tackle race inequality and secure the benefits of diversity for your colleagues and organisation alike.

Join us for ‘Race to Equality: Supporting BAME Colleagues in the Workplace’ to receive crucial expert guidance on how to foster a more representative Civil Service and create positive culture change at all levels of your organisation.

Over the course of the day, we will be addressing topics such as recruitment and progression, cultural intelligence, securing senior buy-in and the impact of intersectionality

This event is CPD-Certified and will contribute to your professional development.
