Nearly one million young people in the UK are not in education, employment, or training. Behind that figure are lives at risk of being held back before they have truly begun. The government's Youth Guarantee offers a bold vision, ensuring every 18- to 21-year-old has access to an apprenticeship, quality training, or help to find work.
