Using Big Data to Support a New Government

An election year is a key time for those making decisions about public services, as an incoming government plans and implements new policies. In 2015, we know that spending cuts are planned by all parties, but after years of budget squeezes, radical service design is now the only way to find efficiencies and savings. All of this makes big data more important than ever: policy makers must make the most of the huge volumes of data now available to them if they are to make the best decisions quickly, giving public services the best chance of securing policy outcomes and value for money.

Civil Service World and SAS carried out research into the impact of big data on public services. To find out more, download this free whitepaper.
