Colin Martin-Reynolds has been appointed CIO at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. He was formerly the deputy head of mission in Brasilia. He takes over from  David Meyer,  who will become the FCO’s transition director.

Kate Mingay,  the transport department’s director of commercial and technical services, left the DfT in April. She will not be replaced.

Martin Stewart, CEO of Eurotaxglass, which provides data services to the automotive industry, has been appointed the lead non-executive director at the Department of Energy and Climate Change.
