Singh: detailed riot response needed

The government must provide a thorough response to last month’s final report from the Riots, Communities and Victims Panel, its chair Darra Singh has told CSW.

The panel recommended better help for troubled families, a financial penalty for schools with poor literacy results, and a new fund for unemployed young people.
