Treasury lacks plan, say MPs

The Treasury’s Infrastructure Plan, prioritising for 40 key infrastructure projects, has been criticised by the Public Accounts Committee (PAC).

In a report published last month, the PAC said the proposals do not represent “a real plan”, and called on the Treasury to develop a better strategy and work more closely with departments, regulators, contractors and investors.

The Treasury disagreed.
