Marks & Spencer chair Robert Swannell (pictured) has been made chair of the Advisory Board of the Shareholder Executive. Swannell has been a non-executive director there since January 2014, and will take up the new role in September.

David Norgrove has been reappointed chair of the Family Justice Board until 2016. Norgrove, formerly chair of the Pensions regulator, led the 2011 Family Justice review and has been the chair of the FJB since it was set up in 2012.
