- Prime Minister's Office – The Right Reverend Dr Andrew Rumsey appointed as bishop of St Albans, succeeding the Right Reverend Alan Smith following his retirement. The Venerable Roderick (Rod) Green appointed as bishop of Stepney, succeeding the Right Reverend Dr Joanne Woolway Grenfell following her translation to the See of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich.
- Department for Business and Trade: Small Business Commissioner – Ryan Shorthouse and Abigail Whittaker appointed as members to the advisory board. UK Endorsement Board – Sue Harding, Rob McPheely, Javed Siddiqui and Gail Tucker appointed as board members for three years from 15 March; Phil Aspin and Michael Wells stood down from the board on 14 March.
- Cabinet Office: Government Property Agency – John Duckworth appointed as chief investment officer.
- Department for Culture, Media and Sport: National Portrait Gallery – Abigail Harrison Moore, Christina McAnea, Ina Sarikhani Weston and Mazdak Sanii appointed as trustees from 26 January until 25 January 2030; Lynda Nead appointed as trustee from 1 November until 31 October 2030.
- Ministry of Defence – Lieutenant General Mike Elviss appointed as commander allied rapid reaction corps from March, succeeding Lieutenant General Sir Ralph Wooddisse; Lieutenant General Zac Stenning appointed as commander land forces; Lieutenant General Simon Hamilton appointed as deputy chief of the general staff, succeeding Lieutenant General Sir David Eastman.
- Department for Education: Student Loans Company – Natasha Toothill re-appointed as non-executive board member for three years from 1 April.
- Department for Energy Security and Net Zero: Climate Change Committee – Professor Laura Diaz Anadon, Professor Andrew Jordan and Emily Norton appointed as Non-executive Directors for five years from 6 April.
- Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs: Natural England – Marian Spain to retire as chief executive once a successor is formally appointed.
- Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office – Victoria Billing appointed as His Majesty’s ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark from April, succeeding Joëlle Jenny who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment.
- Department of Health and Social Care: Maternity and Neonatal Taskforce – Wes Streeting appointed as chair; Baroness Merron appointed as deputy chair and chair of the Regulators and Investigatory Bodies Expert Reference Group; Gary Andrews, Avey Bhatia, Cathy Brewster, Duncan Burton, Lauren Caulfield, Helen Cheyne, Helen Gittos, Clea Harmer, Nina Johns, Habib Naqvi, Helene Normann, Louise Stead, Gill Walton, Alison Wright appointed as members.
- Ministry of Justice: Judicial Appointments Commission – The Right Honourable Lord Justice Dove appointed as senior judicial commissioner for three years. Judicial Pension Board – Tim Mpofu appointed as independent member for three years.

- Care Inspectorate – Audrey Cowie re-appointed as board member for one year from 25 April until 24 April 2027; Paul Gray re-appointed as board member for two years from 16 March until 15 March 2028; Maria McGill and Rosie Moore re-appointed as board members for four years from 25 April until 24 April 2030; Charlotte Armitage re-appointed as board member for two years from 25 April until 24 April 2028.
- Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park – Susan Davies, Alan Hendry, Amanda McGuigan, Sarah Robinson and Dr Hannah Rudman appointed as board members.
- Scottish Commission on Social Security – Dr Marilyn Howard re-appointed as board member for four years from 1 February 2027 until 31 January 2031.
- Scottish Water – Barry White appointed as board member for four years from 1 April until 31 March 2030.
