  • Ministry of Justice: Civil Justice Council - Andrew Higgins, Nick Hanning, Elisabeth Davies, Martin Barnes and Rhodri Williams appointed as members.
  • Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs: Marine Management Organisation - Bill Dickson, Peter Judge and David Lyall appointed to the board.
  • Foreign and Commonwealth Office: Charles Garrett has been appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic.
  • Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport: Sports Grounds Safety Authority - Jil Matheson and Jane Sawyers appointed to the board; Victoria and Albert Museum – Nicholas Coleridge reappointed as Chair; Committee for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games - Ellie Simmonds, Lyndsey Jackson and Nick Timothy named as non-executive directors.

  • Lord Reay was elected as the new Conservative hereditary peer.

  • Justice Committee: Robert Courts replaced Alex Chalk as a member.
  • Science and Technology Committee: Sam Gyimah replaced Neil O’Brien as a member.
