Total Training launches today, marking the next phase in its evolution as a leading provider of learning and development for public service professionals. Formerly Dods Training, and with over 25 years of experience, Total Training is a trusted partner to civil servants, policymakers, government institutions and public sector organisations across the UK and internationally. The rebrand strengthens its position as a leading provider of expert training, coaching and development, reflecting both its heritage and future ambition.

In the past year alone, Total Training has delivered training to more than 12,000 delegates across over 150 countries, supporting organisations to build capability, confidence and practical skills in complex public service environments.

Its expert-led programmes span leadership development, policy and governance, communication and digital capability, designed and delivered by practitioners with deep experience of government and public administration. This ensures learning is directly relevant, practical and aligned to the real-world challenges facing today’s public sector leaders.

Tom Brown, Director of Total Training, said: "This rebrand marks an important step forward for the business. While our name is changing, our commitment to delivering high-quality, practical training for the public sector remains the same. Total Training reflects the scale of our work today and our ambition for the future, both in the UK and globally."

The name change brings no alterations to the organisation’s established programmes, partnerships or commitment to high-quality delivery.
