HM Treasury: Infrastructure and Projects Authority – this new body to be created from a merger of Infrastructure UK and the Major Projects Authority, with Tony Meggs as Chief Executive.
Department for Business, Innovation and Skills: Lord Heseltine appointed Chair of the Tees Valley Inward Investment Initiative.
Legal Ombudsman: Kathryn Stone to be the new Chief Ombudsmen from January.

House of Lords
Lord Chalfont (Crossbench, Life Peer) retired on 10th November.
Lord Stewartby (Conservative, Life Peer) retired on 12th November.

House of Commons
Speaker’s Committee for the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority – Nicholas Brown, Chris Bryant, Cheryl Gillan, Charles Walker and Pete Wishart appointed as members.
Joint Committee on Consolidation, &c., Bills. – James Cleverly, Mims Davies, Peter Grant, Imran Hussain, Stewart Jackson, Amanda Milling, Grahame Morris, Melanie Onn, Kate Osamor, Amanda Solloway, Julian Sturdy and Tom Tugendhat appointed as members.
European Scrutiny Committee – Stephen Kinnock replaced Nia Griffith as a member.

Northern Ireland Assembly
Committee for Finance and Personnel – Gary Middleton replaced Emma Pengelly as a member.
Committee for Health, Social Services and Public Safety – Gary Middleton replaced George Robinson as a member.
Committee for the Environment – George Robinson replaced Gary Middleton as a member.

Local Authorities
Bolton Council –  Paul Najsarek stood down as Chief Executive, Margaret Asquith is take the role on an interim basis.
Stoke-on-Trent Council –  John van de Laarschot stood down as Chief Executive.

Industry
Building Societies Association – Dick Jenkins to replace David Cutter as the Chair.
British Phonographic Industry – Mike Batt has stepped down as Deputy Chair.
B&Q – William Ostrom is stepping down as Corporate Communications Director.
